Red Sox: Promoted OF Josh Reddick (17th round, 2006) to Double-A Portland
Astros: Promoted OF Brian Bogusevic (1st round, 2005, as a LHP) to Double-A Corpus Christi
Dodgers: Promoted LHP James Adkins (supp. 1st round, 2007) to Double-A Jacksonville
Twins: Promoted RHP Shooter Hunt (supp. 1st round, 2008) to Low A Beloit
Mets: Promoted LHP Mike Antonini (18th round, 2007) to Double-A Binghamton
Cardinals: Promoted OF Daryl Jones (3rd round, 2005) to Double-A Springfield
Rays: Demoted LHP Glenn Gibson (4th round, 2006) to short-season Hudson Valley
Blue Jays: Promoted C Brian Jeroloman (6th round, 2006) and LHP Ricky Romero (1st round, 2005) to Triple-A Syracuse
