Britton held the Tourists to one run (unearned) on two hits over six innings while walking none and striking out seven as the Shorebirds won 2-1 … Greenville (Red Sox) center fielder Che-Hsuan Lin went 2-for-3 and stole three bases in the Drive’s 6-5, 10-inning win over Lake County (Indians).

Beloit (Twins) center fielder Ben Revere went 2-for-5 with two doubles, a stolen base, and four RBIs in the Snappers’ 11-7 win over West Michigan (Tigers). Revere’s average has slipped to .396, but he still leads the MWL’s batting race by 36 points over his closest competition.

Lansing (Blue Jays) first baseman David Cooper went 4-for-5 with two doubles, an RBI and three runs scored in an 8-7 win over Peoria (Cubs) … Quad Cities (Cardinals) first baseman Brett Wallace went 3-for-3 with a double and a triple … Burlington’s (Royals) Mike Moustakas returned to the lineup for the first time since July 6 after being day-to-day with a strained oblique. He went 0-for-4 as the Bees’ DH.
