Players with the highest ceilings for Texas are in the 5-10 slots and they&#039;re lower in the minors. So people like German Duran, who will likely be in the majors, but is outside the deep top 10, are worth nothing in this comparison. It doesn&#039;t seem entirely fair. It also penalizes teams for not rushing prospects, and at least for Texas, can&#039;t reward them for the Luis Mendoza&#039;s, AJ Murray&#039;s, and Kea Kometani&#039;s of the world.</description>
