		<description>Are you serious??? I am in Iraq, and I can tell you from here that the thought of leaving Matt Garza in Triple A for Carlos Silva in the rotation is just crazy. Everybody knows that spring numbers are meaningless but just general effectiveness on hill, has been completly lost on Silva. The Twins might not have time to crawl back in a tough AL Central so they should look to ride the hot arms until their bats wake up and MAuer is completly healthy.</description>
