Prospect Q&A: Mike Foltynewicz



Minooka (Ill.) High righthander Mike Foltynewicz came into the season ranked as the No. 63 high school prospect in the country, but has steadily been gaining momentum as his fastball has gone from the 90-92 mph range it was in the summer to 93-95 this spring, even touching a little higher.

Baseball America's Conor Glassey caught up with Foltynewicz on April 29. Listen to the interview to hear "Folty" talk about what it's like to be a pitcher in a cold-weather state, his experience as a fan at the College World Series and his dream car. . .
