I heard he has been hitting the 95mph mark in practice lately. Rumored that he is shooting for 100 mph  by the spring. I am a Arizona Diamondback fan please tack a look at this kid. He is a big surprise?

I enjoyed the article.  Do you believe teams will make these type of offers to undrafted players in the hopes of maxing out their bonus pools after the signing deadline passes?  With both the draft and international market as strictly regulated as they are, it would make sense to me, but perhaps I'm overlooking something obvious.
