		<description><![CDATA[Lots of concern that Stroman will have to be a reliever, but Stratton&#039;s repertoire looks more bullpen-ish to me.&#160; Stroman throws a bit harder, but offers a strong slider, quality change, and now a cutter; he&#039;s got a starter&#039;s toolkit, he&#039;s just short.&#160; Stratton, on the other hand, lacks the changeup; it&#039;s very easy to see him limited in 2-3 years to the heater and whichever breaking ball develops best, and moved to the &#039;pen to see if he adds velocity there (which could make him a real hammer).&#160; Love both prospects, but hard to see why Stratton&#039;s a starter and Stroman&#039;s in the pen.]]></description>
