		<description><![CDATA[This seems like favoritism to me.&#160; Why does the MLB front office allow the Yankees to be the first team to sign a player for more than 5% overslot?&#160; I&#039;m sure there are&#160;sevearl prospects that have deals ready to go in the 10% to 15% overslot range that are being held up by the FO right now.&#160; It&#039;s a big advantage for the Yankees to get Bichette into camp so qiuckly.]]></description>
