The best player I have ever seen hit a baseball is Joey Jacobson who went to Coronado High School 2004-2007/Grand Canyon University 2008-2011. I saw him hit 2 home runs over the bullpen at Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona his sophomore and senior years in high school. Definitely one of the most underrated players in Arizona history. I believe he is currently playing for the Bisbee Copperkings in Arizona.
