The Pirates and prep righthander Stetson Allie have agreed to terms. The second-round pick has one of the biggest arms in the draft, and his bonus is well over slot, though the exact terms are still unknown. Allie had committed to North Carolina.
Update: Baseball America has confirmed reports that Allie has signed for $2.25 million, one of the largest second-round bonuses in draft history.
