Alex Wimmers is the closest thing to Brad Radke in this draft, and the Twins just took him 21st overall. The Twins and Wimmers have been linked for weeks, and he's fairly comparable to Kevin Slowey, whom the Twins already have.
Wimmers had issues late in the year with a hamstring pull, but that shouldn't be a long-term issue. It could mean he may not pitch much this summer, even if he signs quickly.
The Rangers are back on the clock at No. 22, followed by the Marlins and Giants.
