That is a really low arm slot. He does seem to keep the elbow above the shoulder though, which I suppose is the important thing. Are there any mechanical concerns with him?
Posted by Matt | April 25, 2010 at 8:50 am | ShortcutI haven't spoken to anyone specifically about his mechanics, but I wouldn't have any concerns. But, in my opinion, that stuff gets overblown anyway. He must repeat pretty well, considering he has only walked nine guys in 67 at-bats.
