Blackwell is a big 6&#039; 5&quot; 195lb RHP who is able to deliver 90&#039;s fastballs effortlessly. he has a very project able frame and should develop into an even more powerful pitcher for the Rangers. Shawn was a 1st Team All Houston selection by Houston 5A Baseball and a member of the HABCA All Stars as well as Team Texas Sunbelt and American Legion State Runner-up, League City Post-554.]]></description>
