hopefully our next Madison Bumgarner, now we just need a new GM.

Why did we pass on Matzek when he only signed for 600K more than Wheeler?

Why did it even take that to sign Wheeler? Supposedly he was only asking for slot going into draft day. Oh well. Join the crowd. Matzek actually came off his original figures, and I think he got fair money for his talent. Hope he does well for the Rockies.

great signing especially now that we lost tim alderson for a guy that is not even worth it
the only thing that i didn“t like was leaving out
jonathan walsh.

thats the only thing b seaben is goot at drafting
the signings horrible A Rowand E Renteria D Roberts
R Durham B Howry A Benitez
WE need a new GM

I’m with Josh G…Rockies got the 3rd best talent in the draft for $600K more than we paid Wheeler. Surprised Sabean didn’t gamble on Matzek unldess he came way down from his original demands.

Matzek was just had more hype, definitely not more talent. I’ve seen both of them pitch numerous times. The area that Matzek comes from just gets a lot more attention.
