According to MLB, he&#039;d just re-enter the 2010 draft if he wanted to come back to the United States. He&#039;d still be a U.S. citizen and subject to the draft. Turning down $15 million or more would involve a lot of risk. Even a little slippage by Strasburg would result in a reduced bonus, not to mention he&#039;d be delaying his timetable for major league free agency by waiting another year to sign.]]></description>
