He walked the bases loaded in the first. Just wasn’t a very good start and his team lost 9-4, ending their season. This was NOT typical Schuster and I think the TV cameras made him very nervous, as he was over-throwing his fastball, which was sitting at 89-91. If I had to compare Schuster to another Florida HS lefty it would be Gio Gonzalez. I expect Schuster to go in the Supp 1st Round or early 2nd. Rays could even take a flier on him in the late first considering he has gotten a lot of local pub and will be throwing out the first pitch at the first game of their next homestand on Thursday night.
