On good authority (let’s just say the source has a very fatherly relationship) Rice LHP Cole St. Clair will be returning for a senior season. Not too surprising since he fell to the 7th round on signability concerns.

Iam a sick dog tonite.. It appears my orioles will not pay wieters.. The director Joe Jordan says this is the player he wants the demands are very close toreports from before the draft but the Orioles say they are 5m apart.. Some rebuilding the farm effort. I figure we been lied to.

I’m not sure, but hopefully this will pull Boras back a bit. Next year’s crop looks a little thinner than this year, so a comp pick will certainly be less valuable (even without taking the lost year of development into account).
