Can't blame the SC fan base for the low attendances.

Arizona was really impressive, I love Andy Lopez who does things the right way. Same with Ray Tanner and the Gamecocks! There are lot's of great programs all across the sunbelt and with Kent State and Stonybrook going to Omaha this year, the college game is better than ever.
The umpiring was too often the story not only in Omaha but throughout the tournament. The blown call at the end of the first game between Oregon and Austin Peay stands out but the inconsistant strike zone during the CWS was terrible. The NCAA needs to take a real close look at bad officiating if they really want the game to grow.
Thanks to BA for another excellent season! I am already looking forward to your Eight for Omaha picks.

Fences need to be moved in with the combination of the wind and bats the games are boring and slow. Not a fan of the trampoline era, but I am even less of a fan of the no HR era and low scoring ball games as well.

NCAA and Omaha...make the adjustment!

Okay, I live in WI but have been to the CWS for 13 straight years. Because of ESPN and Direct TV with the Fox and Comcast channels I have been able to see over 25 games of South Carolina over the past 2 years. I can honestly say I have really enjoyed everything about Roth, Price, Walker, and others. I know it's tough to root for the winner sometimes but those teams were never the most talented but always found a way to win. It was something I really appreciated. I was able to see Roth pitch in person this year it made my experience even better. Also, Aaron thanks for the great coverage. There is at least one college baseball fan in WI!!
