		<description>All the Virginia pitchers do the towel drill and knee-throwing.&#160; Coach Kuhn preaches some unconventional but very effective stuff.&#160; If you watch Tyler Wilson or Branden Kline get ready, they do the same things.&#160; My understanding is that it&#039;s all based on Tom House&#039;s teachings.&#160; The knee bend in the wind up is also common for our pitchers, who all have very similar mechanics in terms of posture and shoulder rotation.</description>
