Cole perhaps going #1 in the draft?? Why? It's obvious the guy doesn't have near the competitive streak as Bauer does and Savage has put his team's season in jeopardy by continuing to run him out there as the Friday starter. I admire his willingness to stick with a kid and keep giving him opportunities but anyone that follows college baseball regularly could see that Bauer should've been starting the Friday games by mid season, if not sooner. Perhaps that might've taken a little pressure off of Cole and allowed him to settle in as the #2 in the rotation. Hopefully the Bruins can rally the troops and make a run in this thing!
