He is quickly getting a rep as a guy who will just bounce around. He bailed on UCI because CSF was his "dream job" and now just a few years later he may bolt for more money. He will sorely regret if he leaves a top notch CSF program for the Tennessee job.  He already has CSF fans doubting his committment now that his hat is even in the ring for this job.  Disappointed that Serrano would even interview at tennessee.
