Lindsay Fri, 27 May 2011 16:20:45 +0000 http://www.baseballamerica.com/blog/college/?p=4553#comment-69015 One of the most heads-up baseball plays I have ever seen in fifty plus years of watching baseball.  Yes it's true the base runners should of known better, but the play happened so quickly that even the TV announcers and respective coaches (Law and Gwynn) had to stop a second and figure what had happened.  It was quite obvious Andrew Law had been well coached as to what to do in those situations (infield fly rule).  I think he did initially lose the ball in the sun, but prior to the ball landing he already knew what he was going to do.  A great great play.
