I've watched a great deal of UNC baseball over the last 10 years and was present for all 4 games this past weekend in Los Angeles. NEVER have I seen anything close to the quality depth the team has throughout its pitching staff.
Three games against quality opponents, and we were still running excellent arms out there in Game 4 against Southern Cal. We could not have done that at any time in the last 10 years.
Finally, while there may not be a first-round pick from the weekend rotation, it's a very capable rotation. Put them together with that bullpen, and UNC will be hard to generate much offense against.
