I hope they all stay on UCLA's bandwagon...thinking that you got this won b/c you have a rested pitching staff as your only key point seems silly. Especially since USC's pitching has done a considerably better job pitching in the CWS than UCLA has...look at the stats... USC comes from the SEC which is a powerhouse to say the least. I find it odd that all the experts gave USC little to no possibility to win this game...keep picking UCLA as I love the motivation for my Gamecocks! Great game Coop and Coach Tanner and good luck tonight when you make Carolina History! GOOOOOOO GAMECOCKS!

Well done Gamecocks! No one seemed to give them any chance of winning. Cole also got knocked around by Fullerton in the Super Regional opener. With Bauer having pitched Saturday, UCLA's pitching staff suddenly seems not so unbeatable. Cooper was really good tonight and maybe gave the Gamecocks the pitching break they needed to win this thing.
