I can not believe that This "Sean" announcer is the best that ESPN can get to do the college world series; he is as exciting as watching paint dry on a hot summer day in North Carolina!!! Does anybody from ESPN monitor these games, give me a break!!!

Cal St. Fullofthemselves... classic!
I am a huge Titans fan but really had a good laugh. Poor execution, 2 quick games and see ya. I am disappointed but this is just a reminder of what makes Omaha so special.

Not saying it has no pitching depth; just that to me, pitching depth isn't the team's strength. I think there's a big dropoff after Coleman, Ranaudo and Ott, but that owes more to how good those guys are. Frankly it's nitpicking; this team looks really, really, really strong.

Yeah, FJ, as if CSF's #1 SoS in the nation wasn't already chock full of top quality teams; get a friggin clue. Year in, year out, it's always near or at the #1 SoS pinnacle ... that's an automatic given in college baseball.

I think John & Aaron hit the nail on the head with their analysis. Too tight, too over-thinking, too much altering/tweaking their game. They didn't handle the pressure of expectations & Omaha at all. Massive, massive failure. Hats off to VA for bringing their game intact and best wishes against an impressive LSU. Leake & Spence seem unbeatable, imo.

LSU looked awesome vs my Hogs. Those two out HR's were killers. UVA has some good pitchers and Weds game will be just as tough. Arkansas has got to get off to a good start like they did against CSF. Would like for them to get another shot at LSU. GO HOGS GO

Oh and by the way, LSU having no pitching depth? You've got to be kidding me. Just wait. When the bullpen has to step up, it will. It has when it's needed to.

Geaux Tigers!!!

You ask what was wrong with Cal State Fullofthemselves? That they went so strong through the regional and super regional. It's because when they finally played top quality teams, their true colors came out.

John and Aaron, Thanks for the updates. I hope that you, John are right in picking ASU all the way. What do you think about the coaching philosphy of the coaches concerning pitching contrasting ASU, "don't overwork the arm" -ASU/Murphy and "go for as long as they want" -Texas/G?

Since Texas and ASU both started a day later, will that come into play with pitching in the championship series of 3?
