Aaron, Appreciate the kind words on Rice this past weekend. Coach Graham never ceases to amaze me at what he coaxes out of his student athletes. There sure are alot of good teams in Texas this year!!

I think it's safe to say the conversion was a success. Seastrunk looked great back there this weekend--see my writeup of Mike Ojala's start on Friday--and he has a plus arm that should play back there also. He's put on some weight and even looks like a catcher now. I think he's a guy that could really shoot up the draft boards--maybe into the top three rounds.

A lot was made of Rice switching Seastrunk to C mid-fall. Seemed risky, as I know Rice has some guys who are seasoned catchers - and Graham won't put up with bad catching. Im confident he can hit, but from your perspective in the early going how is this conversion going from a positional standpoint? How does his arm play from behind the dish? The draft seems pretty light on college backstops - what kind of damage can he do in the draft if any?
