Aaron got a gem in SoCal, I got a gem in NoCal. Even since the schedules came out, I had this one circled. Tyson Ross puts his sub-2 ERA against ASU's offense who came in scoring more than 10 runs per game. Tyson Ross proved just how good he is, as ASU couldn't stay back on his off-speed stuff. Ross stuck out nine in eight innings walking just two. Ike Davis is the only one who got at Ross at all (3-4, 2B, HR). Saturday, the Sun Devils came back with 15 runs against Cal. Ross has lost seven games this year. In those seven games he's allowed just 12 earned over 50 2/3 IP, and carrying a 54:16 K to BB ratio. Sometimes, life just ain't fair.
