		<description><![CDATA[Good questions. I think minor league teams definitely jump at the opportunity to be affiliated with the hometown team. Wisconsin did that with the Brewers beginning in 2009 and went from being an average draw to one of the better in the MWL. MILB can&#039;t just assign Danville a team -- someone would have to relocate there. I do think that if the Braves are forced to the Cal League, it could resurrect the discussions of shifting two Cal League teams to the Carolina League. Unfortunately, there just are not two baseball-ready markets in the Carolina League footprint.]]></description>

I can&#039;t imagine that Myrtle Beach would have many Rangers fans, especially considering MILB&#039;s proximity to Atlanta.
