		<description><![CDATA[Actually, attendance has gone up the past two seasons, and everyone announces tickets sold rather than bodies present. If that was the problem, then most of minor league baseball is in a world of hurt. 

Attendance still isn&#039;t what it was 10 years ago, which is part of the problem. And the concerns about the ballpark, all the other teams haven&#039;t had a problem winning at Dodd Stadium. The Giants just have a really bad farm system.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I doubt that the Giants will be at Connecticut (actually Norwich) thru 2010.  They don&#039;t like the ballpark; among their complaints is that the OF fences are too deep.  Attendance at Dodd Stadium has steadily declined; actual body count is FAR LESS than the figures reported in boxscore.  It seems probable that the Norwich owner (DiBella) will get out his lease after 2009.  Additionally, Giants have jumped a lot of their prospects from A to AAA.]]></description>
