		<description><![CDATA[My guess is has something to do with Las vegas being in the PCL, You would have to do some major realliment or something for richmond to be in the PCL, The travel would just be too much. Now that the Nats has singed with chiefs, In Flordia gets the big easy. the Blue Jays are probaly going end up in Las Vegas]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Because Richmond no longer has a AAA franchise.  The Braves owned that franchise and are moving them to a suburb of Atlanta.  So the Nationals will end up in Syracuse (since they dropped the BlueJays) and the Jays will be with Las Vegas.]]></description>
